• Personality:

Good manner – One of the many things that a-girl-should-know which her mother tried to teach her and didn’t fail. She has good manner and polite, her speeches are usually formal BUT these only applied to those who are older than her.

Quick-witted – Not exactly in the ‘smart’ sense but she is the type that thinks and responds quickly, sometimes even effectively. Normal people considered her as sharp and rather different from how a girl should act. To her, it’s more of the result of her up-bringing, as a normal natural response to situations when required.

Positive – Very positive. Not in an air-head sense, maybe in the sense of “If the world is going to end, then I shall be one of those that plotting its demise!” She believes there is always a way out of everything, no matter how dire the situation could be.

Observer – While she might give off the impression of being withdrawn and quiet, she is actually more immersed in the psychic observation of people and those around her. She usually (tries) not to miss anything, and she usually won’t say anything either. Exceptions are not totally impossible but it usually depends on her mood.

Hard-working – But, takes care of herself above all else. For example, she would help a friend for exams or homework only after she is done with her own work.

Ambitious – Liker her father! She wants to work her way toward the top, although most likely still unsure about her future career at the moment haha.

Feminine – appearance wise…somewhat. She has the reflex of a boy but always keep her appearance as importance, especially her hair, she takes really good care and pride in it.

Picky-eater – Hard to please with food, there are certain dishes that she loves but the majority of them are more of Muggle-background dishes. She doesn’t like sweet that much either. Which is why there are certain times during the year, she could be considered as underweight.

Mischievous – Secretly, not many people is aware of this trait of her, not even her parents know, only her brother, who kept her company the most during childhood knew of this. Although not many, there are goals that she would want to achieve by all means, in which, she won’t hesitate to take others for granted. Fortunately, if she considered someone as friend, she probably wouldn’t do it. (Rest assure that she may play pranks on them thoughhhh)

• Background:

Grew up in a pureblood wizard family, she took pride in her bloodline and worked her way toward the path of a witch with what they had in the house. Luciana is half Italian, from her mother’s side. Her mother is a Healer while her father works at the Ministry of Magic, in the Department of International Magical Cooperation. People often said it’s a mystery how someone as gentle as her mother could fall for her father, a strict and proud man, who used to value his work and position above all else. Luciana also had an older brother who is 6 years apart; he successfully graduated from Hogwarts and is currently a Dragonologist.

 Luciana took after her father and brother more than from her mother. Her brother was already in Hogwarts by the time she was able to read, so every year, he came back and taught her stuff from the books (No real magic was performed, of course, due to the Trace on underage wizards). She was a rather curious kid; they even tried to imitate Quidditch games with Muggle’s equipments at the back of their house.

 While her parents were both busy with their works and her brother attending Hogwarts, she did look forward to holiday and summer for more family gathering, but at the same time, she enjoyed taking care of herself and her own company. Their house was always full of books of all kinds, magic, laws and international relations on her father’s shelves, potions and healing magic from her mother, and various children books as well as magical creatures’ books that her brother collected over the years. Luciana’s active imagination and responsive was purely because of the childhood she spent more time immersing in books, as well as the conversations, games and activities that her brother played with her every time he came home.

 Being gentle and feminine like her mother is a difficult thing for her, but she loves and respects her mother a lot that she tries to at least look feminine in certain aspect, which, ended up as her long and silky blonde hair. (Sadly, she cut it into uneven layers during her 4th year at Hogwarts.)

 Luciana ended up getting her letter from Hogwarts in October on the year she was supposed to turn 11. Hence, she couldn't attend Hogwarts until the next year. Her brother was slightly disappointed about the fact they won't be able to attend school together for at least one year, but for her, she was rather excited about not having to be compared or being under his shadow (She knew he was a great student, after all!). She spent the 10 months waiting reading on all the books that her mother got for her, memorizing the theory and history books. Never once, she thought she was ahead of others because her brother told her that textbooks aren't always everything, they teach you more in real classrooms.

 The first night arriving at Hogwarts, she was expecting to get sorted into Gryffindor like her brother. Ironically, the Sorting Hat seemed to be fighting between two totally different choices.

”Was it really your wish to be in Gryffindor? I beg to differ! Ravenclaw would set your knowledge to sail further…however, it seemed you are capable of work it up your way. Slytherin shall be your place to capture your ambitions!”

Aside from a blink of surprise, she accepted the result with a smile and proudly walked to her house. Her father was a Slytherin too, having him as her role model, she only needed to tell herself to make him proud as the one wearing the green and silver uniform.

1st Year, she kept herself well in-check, quietly observing anyone, everyone around her. There is that auto-response when she gets called to hang out with any Slytherin groups, she doesn't mind, nor kept any of them as importance in her mind. Her behaviors were probably of that one newly enrolled student who tried to keep herself within school's rules as much as possible. She kept her hair long, neat and even, which reached her waist because her mother said so. Since she never came in contact with ghosts before, the Hogwarts ghosts intrigued her interest and she wouldn't stop bothering them whenever she catch sight of them.

2nd Year, acted like a lady was a real pain, she shortened her hair a bit and tied it (like this) at the back for easier access--er, moving around. The braids part lasted like one week and she got bored of doing that every morning quickly oops. Since the first year wasn't all that hard for her, she was smart, after all, she spent her second year focus on both classes and exploring the school more. Of course there were areas students weren't allowed to come by, but she poked her nose and sneak around whenever possible! She made friends with a few, who she considered as friends, I guess, since it's a term that takes a lot for her to weight. (It's bad to weighting/ranking people but hey, that's why she is Luciana haha) She played pranks on them a lot ehe.

3rd Year, getting around more and considered Hogwarts as her real second home! She loves the endless knowledge and interesting things she could find and get from this school. As long as she keeps her good grades, teachers wouldn't mind teaching her extra points whenever her curiosity hits. There are, however, knowledge that only upperclassmen can learn that she wouldn't be able to get out of her teacher, nor reaching certain part in the library. She started getting out of her comfort zone and tried to interact with the older students (who, fortunately, earned her full respect, being older than her). Her hair was slightly wavier and curlier this year, it's just so that she wouldn't have to brush it too much (or can't, even if she wants to)

4th Year, irritatingly admitted she won't grow taller anymore, she cut her own hair this time, to the most comfortable length and weight that fit her height. She still treats it carefully, of course. One of her (male) buddies is soooo much taller than her now! That caught her off guard haha. But she is looking forward to an even more exciting year this year, getting around to learn more and exploring the places that she couldn't reach with her younger body/height. Since her Slytherin traits aren't those that harm people directly (unlesssss she intended to), her aura is always of that positive, confident girl with her chin held high and beaming with expectations. Oh, did I tell you, she expects a lot from herself and other people.

• Likes & Dislikes:

+ Quidditchhhhhhhhh!! Both playing and watching it. She also loves flying on the broom.

+ Magical Creatures (Le counts the amount of times she tried to sneak into the Forbidden forest)

+ People who she can discuss about magic theories, spells, history etcc and can stand her quick change of pace where she might want to skip to play Quidditch in the span of 5 seconds later.

+ Finding ways to break rules without being caught.

+ Basically someone who can stand her really.

• Extra info:

 - She is good with the piano and has a surprisingly nice, girly voice and can sing well. But she has a rather complexity/paranoid attitude toward it, thus, she doesn't sing in the presence of people around.
 - In term of physical strength and stamina, she would still be weaker than a healthy boy.
 - Since Luciana was born on the day of changing between Libra and Scorpio, she doesn't define herself as only one of them but most of the time, both.
 - Her dream is to ride a real dragon (or unicorn) one day. (which she is hoping her brother would bring home one for her haha)
